Once every month, Doves Kitchen goes big. We cook your favourite Nigerian soups, smoky party jollof, suya, meats, fish, stews and family favourites in bulk — freshly prepared, professionally packed and ready for your fridge or freezer.

What is Doves Big Cook?
Doves Big Cook is our monthly bulk-food event. Customers order ahead from a special bulk menu and we prepare the orders for designated collection and delivery dates.
Can I order Big Cook food every day?
Big Cook promotional bundles are available during designated monthly ordering windows. Regular Doves menu items remain subject to normal restaurant availability.
Why do I have to order in advance?
Big Cook is based on planned bulk production. Advance orders help us purchase, prepare and cook specifically for confirmed customers.
Can I choose different proteins?
Yes. Eligible soups and bundles allow you to select from available protein options. Premium proteins may carry an additional charge.
Can you make my food mild?
Yes. Eligible dishes offer None, Mild and Hot spice selections.
Can you divide my food into smaller containers?
Yes. Select Freezer Ready packaging on eligible products. Additional packaging charges may apply.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery may be available depending on your postcode, order size and the particular Big Cook weekend. Enter your postcode at checkout to see whether delivery is available.
Can I order for a party?
Absolutely. Larger catering orders should use our Party & Event enquiry — get in touch via the Contact page.
What if I miss the order deadline?
Once production capacity is reached or the ordering window closes, Big Cook orders may no longer be accepted until the next month's edition opens.
